Meet the Author

Hi! I'm Manya and the creator of 'Fairness through Awareness'! This whole idea was fueled by my personal passion for activism and talking about less recognized issues. In this blog, I focus on the mistreatment of workers and the systemic issues within their work environments. I dedicate each post to one hypothetical structural flaw and try to explain and bring forth arguments how that particular flaw leads to this exact mistreatment! As a budding activist, I hope to stimulate some sort of change and my blog is a medium for me to do so! So, for those of you here, we all have the power to bring about the change the world so desperately needs! Let's  use this power and use our voice!
